Athletes2Business is an initiative developed in the frame of promotion of education and training in sports, granted by the European Commission to facilitate (young) European athletes the challenging transition into the labour market. The program aims at designing a set of guidelines encouraging “dual career” in Europe by incorporating expert views of athletes, education institutions, businesses and sports organisations.
