The project A2B consists of various phases which are interlinked to each other.

Questionnaire: A tailor-made questionnaire for athletes, sport organisations, education institutions and businesses will gather information on the activities undertaken so far in the field of dual career.

Study visits: Five study visits complement the information gathered from the questionnaire. A small group of experts visits institutions active in the field of dual career, meets and interviews relevant people. The study visits provide a forum for discussion, exchange of views and information as well as learning opportunities.

Workshops: Four workshops on dual career focus on the topics athletes, sport organisations, education institutions and businesses. The workshops bring together experts who will process the information collected from the questionnaire and study visits. Each workshop has to come up with guidelines on its respective topic.

Concluding conference: The concluding conference will present all the findings of the activities implemented during the project life cycle.
