The last link in the chain of the concept of dual career is businesses providing access to the labour market. Some businesses run specialised programmes to hire athletes. However, it is assumed that the vast majority of businesses is not aware of the great benefits former top athletes can bring in.

How many businesses do actually run such a programme and why/why not?
